Authentic Luxury Stays
Step inside South Canterbury’s first and only luxury lodge. Holme Station, a historic Canterbury homestead, has been beautifully restored into a luxury accommodation and retreat near the Hunter Hills. Once a celebrated merino station, today it weaves heritage charm with contemporary luxury, exceptional dining, and bespoke New Zealand wool textiles, set within fifteen acres of park-like grounds. Accessible by helicopter or road, Holme Station Homestead invites you to experience the raw beauty of the South Island, as your exclusive gateway to the Southern Alps, Mackenzie District, and the Waitaki wine region. We look forward to officially welcoming our first guests in early 2026.
